Anti-Cyclic Citrullinated Peptide Antibodies (Anti-CCP)

The diagnosis of rheumatoid arthritis (RA) is mainly based on clinical manifestations and laboratory tests. One of the laboratory tests is that the highly specific diagnosis of anti-cyclic citrullinated peptide antibody (Anti-CCP) can predict the development of rheumatoid arthritis.

Anti-CCP reagent can determine the human immunoglobulin G (IgG) autoanti-cyclic citrullinated peptide antibody (Anti-CCP) in serum or plasma.

The Anti-CCP test is more accurate than other detection methods such as rheumatoid factor (RF) and C-reactive protein (CRP) labeling tests. The reagent detection method uses a low sample volume (5μL), and reliable results are obtained in 10 minutes.
